 Frequently Asked Questions!

Is all paintball netting the same?

No, all paintball netting is not the same. This is a very confusing issue for a lot of netting buyers. Most everyone assumes all paintball netting is the same and just searches for the cheapest price. We here at PaintballNetting.com urge you the buyer to beware. Make sure what you are getting is an actual demolition curtain style netting and not a shade cloth. Also make sure your netting is UV and outdoor treated. Without this your netting will only last a few months outside before deterioration begins. You also have the right to documented ASTM test paintball netting. If your supplier cannot provide documentation, your netting has not been properly tested. We invite you to call us and see why we offer the best paintball netting available. Alpha Netting has been the choice of:

  • The NPPL
  • The PSP
  • The RPL
  • The US Military
  • The Discovery Channel
  • ...and many other major names and field across the world!

If you have any questions at all on how your shipment is being handled, please feel free to contact us - 888-729-1115

Defective goods will be repaired or replaced within the limitations of the manufacturer's warranty.

30% restocking fee may apply on returned goods - make sure you return the goods in resalable condition to limit restocking fees.

Paint is non-returnable. If you have a damaged shipment, all product must be returned, processed, and verified as damaged for proper UPS or freight carrier claim handling. Refunds or replacements cannot be given without submitting a claim with UPS or freight carrier.
